Case Stages

Case Stages

Cases can have the following stages. Note that all stages are set automatically as described below, but the investigator can set the stage manually at will.

  1. Case Opened - the case is automatically set to this stage when it is created.
  2. Candidate Update - the case is automatically set to this stage when the candidate is invited to complete the PHS.
  3. PHS Submitted - the case is automatically set to this stage when the candidate successfully submits the PHS.
  4. Initial Review - the case is automatically set to this stage when the investigator updates the case and the case is current in the PHS Submitted stage.
  5. In Progress - the case is automatically set to this stage when the investigator invites any third party.
  6. In Review - the case is automatically set to this stage when any review item is added to the case.
  7. Closed - the case is never automatically set to this stage and must be set by the investigator.
