If you are a Manager, you can archive a case. When a case is archived, the system produces a full background investigation report just like the one you produce from the case report menu. The resulting PDF file is attached to the candidate on a tab labeled Archive, which is only present if an archive exists. The case file and all associated case data
is deleted from the system permanently. For this reason, you should use great caution.Note that a candidate may have one or many Personal History Statements in the system and archiving is applicable only to the case selected for archiving. The candidate remains in the system and will now have one archived case record attached.
