Case Positions

Case Positions

In your account settings, you can define any number of positions, and you should. The Position is a key function that affects two aspects of the case (questionnaire). For each position, you will assign one of the PHS Versions. This is highly important as the questionnaires have significant differences. Secondly, for each position, you can indicate which investigative areas are applicable - you can literally turn any of them off (but don't do that). Thirdly, you can choose which supplemental forms to apply to the case via the position. When the case is instantiated, it looks up the position and copies the selected Supplemental Forms from the position to the case.

The intent is to provide maximum flexibility to align the questionnaire with your actual investigative needs or legal requirements.
