Investigator Record Access

Investigator Record Access

Investigators assigned to the Role of "Investigator" vs. "Manager" by default have a limited view of candidates and their cases. For each investigator, you can expand his/her access as you determine best for your organization and the individual investigator. The options are:

  • Option 1 - No Access: The Investigator can only access candidates/cases assigned to or shared with him or her; this is also their access ability if no option is selected
  • Option 2 - Read Access: The Investigator can access all candidates/cases with full access to those assigned or shared and read-only access to all others
  • Option 3 - Read/Write Access: The Investigator has full access to all candidates/cases in the account; same access as a Manager but no access to account settings

Note: Managers and Investigators are two roles assigned to Investigators, who are essentially the people in your account with system access.
