There are several Case reports in POBITS which, when printed, comprise your entire investigation. All of these should be printed (they are produced as PDF files) and stored electronically within your organization's file system. They are:
Areas of Concern
Personal History Statement
Executive Summary
Investigator's Narrative
Contact with References
Contact Checklist
These reports, when finalized and printed, should be considered as the final documentation of the investigation. It is likely that in the future, changes will occur in the Personal History Statement such as the addition of a question or an entire area of investigation. In this case, the candidate will not have answered those questions. So you see the value in having the printed reports as the final representation of the investigation.
