Account Access Has Expired

If you receive an error message that your account access has expired, you must make your request to the case investigator whose contact information is in the original email you received. Technical support is unable to extend access for candidates, but they can for references of all types. In most cases, the investigator is happy to grant extended access. Time limits are applied to all accounts to keep the process going and because there has to be a limit of some kind.

If you are a candidate, please do not make the request to the technical support desk.
